New Website Design / Template

We are building a video content community website kind of like youtube where members can share videos or post videos on their page. What we require for the project is a website design / template ONLY. We do not need you to code or function the site other than the website layout in HTML, .CSS style code, etc. in a template fashion. I plan to do the php coding and functioning myself. Please refer to the main image which we have attached titled" theyoutag sitedesign". This is a version I have designed myself and idea of how I would like the site arranged and laid out. This should be very useful for you as a the designer to vision what we have in mind. The next step is for you to give it that finish polished and clean look to make it a concrete and finished product for which we apply the web design as the master look for our website. The logo is allready pretty much done, however feel free to make changes to give it more of a crisp and finished look to represent the website.
