I have the same script that is floating around of the youtube script.. the script seems to be functioning fine, but will not play any video's. Have tried installing ffmpeg, and ffmpeg-php, but i do not think it's setup correctly. There is a problem with uploading video sometimes, and also audio, with this script. I think there are some problems with the admin panel also. If you have installed this script before, and are familiar with getting all the codecs installed to work correctly, please bid, and will await working with you.. thanks.
