Draw up some cartoony finishes

There are banner tokens, I want to revise the design so it's just a banner shown face up with a cartoon effect wooden plank floor background. The banner has already been designed, it's only approx 40mm square so it doesn't require a high level of detail, but it does need to look good. These are the victory points within the board game. I have had 6 characters drawn up, but there's a few modifications, plus I need their reverses drawn up. If you imagine that they are going to be stand up cardboard characters, the barbarian is 22cm tall, the boy is 12cm tall, the dwarf (with the blue cloak) is 14cm tall, the princess and elf is about 18cm tall, and the wizard is about 21cm tall. Text with the name of the hero, their starting resources, and their special ability needs to be added to the bottom on the front and back of each hero, with a banner background, in easy to read Times New Roman-style text. The elf character needs to be modified, the metal effect needs to be changed so she looks like she's wearing leather - think greens and browns - she's from the forest so she wouldn't be wearing iron armour. The princess face needs to be changed to be made to look more pretty. The dwarf needs the white of his eyes picked out, as does the princess. The dwarf's boots need to be changed to shades of dark brown, as if they were leather rather than bronze. The six characters are going to be stand up cardboard characters, so I need their reverses drawn in too, as if you were seeing the same person but from the back. The whole project shouldn't take more than a day or two to complete, you need good cartoon/drawing skills and average photoshop skills. Any questions, feel free to ask.
