From the photos you've attached what I can say is that the ones taken in a studio are faster to edit and probably are going to take less time, but those with poorer quality lighting are going to take longer. I could finish the work on the studio ones within a day, but as I don't know the amount of pictures you have in a lower quality I've put my delivery time to three days. It's also crucial to know better about the editing you want in them, if there are certain features you would like to keep and so on.
I generally use photoshop to edit all my photographs, and I've been using it for 7 years now, almost everything I do is related to retouching techniques but I also have some skills on how to manipulate images to create new projects, but I guess that's not really what you want.
