Redraw designed logo

Dear designers, We have a designed logo which looks exactly as we expect it to look. The only problem is we used a personage from popular cartoon movie to create a sample of logo, so we could easier describe of what is our expectations. So here comes the task: We require someone who can draw pictures with photo shop to draw new personage for us, which will be authentic. The writing on the logo can stay the same, we wouldn’t mind to have a look at shadow effect on the writing or other your ideas if you have any different. But we also are happy to keep writing the same. We need this ASAP, so we are looking for someone who is available. We will require for both image and psd files. It should be a quick simple job.
