Site visit-Djibouti (Africa)

I want to hire a freelancer in Djibouti, for verification of information on behalf of de risc group. The candidate has to perform a site visit of the assigned place i.e. Ministry of National Education and Higher Education, Djibouti, and get the form (provided by de risc group) filled, signed and stamped by the organization and take the geo tag pictures of the location.
