Just need a quick Perl script written to FTP a directory Nightly. Like this: change to directory on remote machine that the folder of the current days files will be $cd /Folder1/folder2/ make a new directory for the day. $mkdir 2016-05-02 change to that new folder $cd 2016-05-02 change to the folder where those days recording are on the local machine $lcd /home/Folder/2016-05-02 transfer all files in that folder. $mput * Or if there is a better way to transfer an entire folder using FTP that would be fine too.
