i need first someone to get the shopping cart system working again. I don't know what the problem is. if this project works, I need the shopping cart security carriers system updated, if this project works I have a entire website that will need to be modernized to an ASP site.

The shopping cart is telling all users that there email address is already being used. It has to issue passwords and the usernames are the email address of the user. I can still creat an account manually. the system is an old 1997 cgi cart that has been messed with again and again. it uses lockedarea and as well as other added junk. First I want you to get it working. Then we can talk about installing an open source shopping cart. If you are good and not expensive we can talk about a complete redo of the entire site to modernize it.
