47602 Server Admin Needed Urgent

I recently contracted a server admin to set up my server at EV1. After many tries there are three things that seem to not be completed. The server admin says its EV1 problem and EV1 says there is nothing wrong. Here is the problem and I need you to fix it today if possible: 1) “ I have tried and tried with the way you described and I even put my webmaster and his partner to try to SSH on port 18. It keeps saying connection refused. If I SSH on port 22 however (the normal SSH port) I can enter my login name and than when I enter the password and press ENTER twice, I get a message saying access denied” EV1 replies on four occasions saying they have no problem login in and even give details on how to. 2) Once you can login to the above, I need Fantastico configured so it shows up in my Cpanel. 3) When I login to the my Cpanel admin area, I get the following error: The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname ([url removed, login to view]). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry, Click here to fix. So I click to fix and get this error: Zone [url removed, login to view] does not exist, a new zone for [url removed, login to view] will be created. Bind reconfiguring on cpanel using rndc Error reconfiguring bind on cpanel: rndc: connect failed: connection refused Created DNS entry for [url removed, login to view] Add Complete ------------------------------------------------------ In the end the server admin I hired says he fixed this three times. Yet the error still happens. 4) I also want the person I choose to make sure the last server admin is storing all my website files on the second hard drive and not the first. The first harddrive on my server should only have the operating system and cpanel/fantastico. I need someone to fix the above and tell me if it is EV1 problem or perhaps the server admin I hired.
