linux find script and replace script

We need a find script and a replace script written as .sh linux scripts or perl scripts. Payment is made after the scripts are proven. Both scripts must follow the conditions below: -Must search subdirectories but ignore a handful of subdirectories that are listed in the script. -All the files found (find script) or changed (replace script) need to be listed in a results file specified in the script ([login to view URL] etc). -The strings need to be assigned to variables at the top of the script so they can be easily changed when reuse the script to find/replace other strings. -The script should search through all types of files by default but we should have the option to exclude certain types of files like .jpg, .gif etc. Here are the specifics for the two scripts: 1.
