Re-render some PDFs to remove a display issue on iPad, while retaining original content etc

NOTE: Please don't bid on this project without a full understanding of the issue, and checking it for yourself. --- We have about 300 PDFs, out of about 1800 created in total, that have a display problem. These PDFs are stored on our server e.g. [login to view URL] These 300 PDFs show a blank, or a black rectangle, where the content should be. Headers and footers are not affected. This almost always only occurs on the first page of the PDF, but (rarely) on multiple pages). This issue only seems to happen on iPad, but we are not sure. The PDFs were produced using BlueBeam, and we can't identify why the issue arises or how to resolve via BlueBeam. --- We can manually import the PDFs into Photoshop and re-save them, and the issue seems to be resolved. Perhaps it might work better if this was done in Adobe Acrobat or something like that. Should be automatable. --- Requirement: Phase 1 Verify that existing 4 links (see appended) have this issue on your iPad. Take 4 PDFs (based on a supplied list of hyperlinks to our server). Re-render them and save under the same name. Make sure headers, footers, pagination, resolution and content are identical. File size not to increase, or if so by no more than 10%. Hyperlinks contained in the footers, and also linked from logos (where present), should continue to work. Place output files on your server and ensure they work on your iPad (the same config that did not work for the originals). Supply your links AND files to us for testing. If all satisfactory, we proceed to Phase 2. ---- Phase 2 Take all 307 PDFs (based on a supplied list of hyperlinks to our server). Re-render them using the same process and with the same standards as above and save under the same name. Place them on your server and ensure they work on your iPad (the same config that did not work for the originals). Supply your links AND files to us for testing.
