Program an Adobe LiveCycle Designer PDF Form with an entry page and a result page

We need an Adobe LiveCycle Designer form that has an entry page (where one enters data and selects the outcome) and a result page that looks like a form that shows the selcted results.
The page will include some simple caclulation and some table. The user enter some data like text and numbers that will show up on the form and will also decide which product lines will be shown and with which input. The result is than displayed on the second page.
We have build the idea in Excel. (see attach, one page for the entries, one with the results)
The result needs to be a Adobe LiceCycle File that we can further customise.
