for an Altium Designer file; the Schematic is done, the pcb section to do is 3 ICs;
the ICs(Cpu + 2DDR3 chips are places). net names are clear on the pins.
the image/picture of the final pcb is attached.
I do not have the Layoufile. so trying to generate the layout file.
so you just look at the Image and connect the correct pin of DDR3 to CPU.
You only do the area that is in the picture. I will do the rest.
it's 4 layer board; but only top and bottom are with signal. layer 2 and 3 are ground and power.
so just drawing lines as in the attached picture.
