I will be using C# and several different libraries in order to extract the data, however it would be helpfull to know what file type you are using for your invoices (I would assume HTML or PDF) Either way I will pull that data into a text file then use C# to extract the data we are looking for. By doing this I eliminate the problems of different formats!

I worked in a marketing company so I aware that collecting data from the invoice is not a easy job.
