Digital Marketing Specialist

  We are looking for a digital marketing specialist to be the subject matter expertise in developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across digital channels. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be able to identify appropriate short and long term routes to market for online advertising products, as well manage the development in conjunction with our customers. We are expecting the individual to help us and our customer to build an audience segmentation and work through the lifecycle of delivering these insights with the right DMP/DSP partner or any other suitable solution that can drive the success of online marketing to our customers.   Duties and Responsibilities:   Takes leadership role in digital marketing best practices through competitive landscape analysis and industry trends to recommend new marketing tactics Building and testing audience segments to show efficiency, optimization and results  Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for development of product offerings.  Experience using online data management platform (DMP) Analyze informational needs, elements, data relationships and attributes as well as data flow and storage requirements including data output and reporting capabilities   Required Skills:   Extensive experience of digital marketing including programmatic buying, paid search, buying media across networks and ad exchanges etc. Experience in client side marketing, particularly lead generation or marketing automation Deep expertise in data-driven optimization, ideally in digital performance optimization Keeping up-to-date on trends, developments & best practices around data management & audience segmentation Commercially minded, understanding the practical delivery of services in line with client objectives and terms of business.   What's in it for you?
