Node JS Developer for small project changes

We are using the VROOM Project front end for a route optimization tool. The code is open source

We are looking for the following changes:
>>>XLS Location Upload:
Allow XLS/XLSX upload. VROOM supports json upload currently. Since most users won’t know how to format it as such, we should provide an XLS/XLSX option along with a link in the UI for a sample.
The XLS will have the following format:
Sheet 1: Work Order Tab
Name, Address 1, City, State, Zip, Technician
Sheet 2:Technicians Tab
Name, Starting Address, Starting City, Starting State, Starting Zip, Ending Address, Ending City, Ending State, Ending Zip
Some of these fields can be blank. Useful validation for the user will be required. See this documentation regarding the json format [login to view URL]
The XLS sheets will correspond to the "jobs" and "vehicles" data types in the json.
>>>Embed a Hubspot Form:
Embed a form to collect user contact information (we'll provide the form code) before the user sees the results. Require the form be submitted only once per session (user can re-upload a list without a second entry of the form)
