Urgent page design project

We need 10 pages to be built really quickely in .net. We have PSDs of these pages, but the basic structure of the pages (i.e. the top bar/nav, side section and bottom nav) are already built in asp.net. The centre section needs to be coded up with the content that appears on the relevant PSD and this centre section will just be standard HTML and css (i.e. no programming needed). Please note that a couple of the pages are form pages. There is an external .css stylesheet which the templates use, but to avoid site problems, if new styles are needed they should be built into each page rather than editing the main stylesheet. There is no database requirement - the functional pages will be finished by a developer this end when the pages are built. I need all 10 pages back by the end of Sunday (29th September) so please only bid if you are happy to keep to this timescale.
