Need RASA NLP chatbot expert for adding new forms

I need an expert with experience on RASA. so the job is mainly to develop forms, with some custom actions. some forms are simple some are complicated mainly because those forms will be triggering more forms. If you are experienced with RASA you can do this. There will be continous process of adding and updating the forms. It is kind of nested level of discussion. Some action triggers on some condition.
