Looking for SQL Database Designer
We are building athlete management system (AMS) using MySQL database. We have some basic structure ready for the information. Next we would need MySQL database designer to complete next tasks:
1) DESIGN DATABASE, TABLES AND CONTENT (MySQL)
2) BUILD SCRIPT TO CREATE DATABASE
3) HELP FILLING TEST DATA TO CRETED DATABASE
4) CREATE 15 SQL QUERIES TO GET RESULTS FROM DB
1) DESIGN DATABASE, TABLES AND CONTENT (MySQL)

01) Organizations
02) Athletes
03) Users
04) User roles (support table for Users)
05) Organization types (support table for Organizations)
06) Teams
07) Training modules
08) Module categories (support table for module categories9
09) Training program
10) All tests
11) Test log
NOTE: There might be need to re-define these and add more data and/or information.
2) BUILD SCRIPT TO CREATE DATABASE

For building database structure for example to Google Cloud is quite simplete, but needs to be done.
3) HELP FILLING TEST DATA

There needs to be test data in the databases to get thing tested. Test data will be provided at .xls (Microsoft excel format).
4) CREATE 15 SQL QUERIES TO GET RESULT

After database is created, there needs to be verified results go get information from database. Next 15 SQL queries needs to be completed.
1 Create new club to the system
2 Update club information to the system
3 Suspend club activities by turning club status from active to deactive
4 Activate club by turning club status from deactive to active
5 List all clubs from the system with the status of the club
6 List all clubs from the system with the status of the club and club managers
7 List all system admins from the system
8 Create new administrator account to the system
9 Suspend administrator account by changing administrator account from active to deactive
10 Register new uses to the sytem
11 Verify user login
12 List all roles at different clubs for one user
13 Create new training module
14 List all trainings at calendar for defined athlete
15 List all trainings what athlete has done during past month
