It seems you may have been auto updated to WHM/cPanel 76 which is the reason for the new interface, I can set this to not auto update to new versions in future or at least warn you there is a version available. Your database downloads may be due to max execution limits and I can look into this and extend them to allow your downloads to work without issue. I can perform a security audit of your server ensuring the latest best practises are being followed and the server is secured against common attacks and also ensure that no current files have been compromised. I can tune your server to maximise the resources you have available by reviewing your usage and the type of applications you have running and disabling unneeded services.
