The application is designed to help doctors in patient management, registry management, medical examination management, data analysis, graph based on selected data, data filtering, report management,including printing and all operations related to the doctor-patient relationship. Check carefully specification's file. Don't apply without reading and checking all files attachments!!! We prefer to collaborate with professional experts to create a good relashionship for future jobs. It's a management software where database structure with all stored procedures was done. It shall work offline and, when it will be available an internet connection, it shall synchronize with server database. One of the attachment is a sample application and it could be very useful to understand some features. It was done by another developer but never completed. To check and then run it you shall: 1) install locally MySql 2) install enclosed database script that will create the necessary database. 3) install application using its installer 4) modify "[login to view URL]" inside application folder and put your database settings (user, password, database name, etc.) 5) Open application and put following credentials user: admin @ [login to view URL] password: admin We can provide all icons and images used in sample application. We ask for built application with its source code. Anyway all requirements are perfectly described on attached document.
