XAMPP MYSQL crashes Azure server

It seems like every four hours or so the MySQL crashes. I have attached a screenshot as well as the error log. When I close the error [login to view URL] is when the service stops. I then have to do a reboot of my server to get it to work. Please only if you know what you're doing respond to this. I need someone to start on this right away.
