Configuring MySQL-Python Connector

I am trying to install mysql-connector-python-2.0.4-py2.7 for Windows but when I run a Python Script to update the MySQL database (local) with an extraction form the internet, I recieve the error "ImportError: No Module named MySQLdb". This probably means that the MySQLdb module that should have been inplemented with the connector is not working properly: The following software is installed on my Machine: Windows 8 (64bit) Visual Studio 2015 mysql-connector-python-2.0.4-py2.7 I also tried the later Beta vesion for in connector, same problem Python 2.7 Running the script from Git CMD YouTube Video of what I am trying to do [login to view URL] Link to script [login to view URL] GitHub link [login to view URL] I have tried just about everything which the online forums would suggest, but nothing worked. Job description To find out why I am getting the "ImportError: No Module named MySQLdb".
