There are 3 different types of users: Broadcasters, Viewers, Participants.
All three see the same basic video screen, but each type has a different menu set.
This app is intended to be released first as a simple live video social media, group chat app.
The MVP can start out with just one screen for each broadcaster, which
will be a multi-person video screen with the broadcaster and up to a certain number of participants, probably just 3, that all 3 types or users see.
The app will eventually have two screens for every broadcaster, which are a full screen of just the broadcaster, switchable to a multi-person screen of the broadcaster with up to maybe 14 or 23 participants on the same screen.
Eventually and maybe pretty early on, the app will also accumulate and broadcast commercial TV channels, available for viewing just like the public broadcasters.
Paid subscribers will be able record whatever they see on the app when they want to.
Public broadcasters will be found on the app by swiping right-to-left. TV channels will be found by swiping left-to-right.
