Write an Android application

I wanna make a simple Android app which is like a small Apps Store where I can categorize tens of apps into different sub menu, such as Story Books, English Dictionaries, Maths, etc. I'll have to download the apk files from the internet first, then I'll have to rename them in ascending orders and keep them in a folder - I call it Genius Link folder which must be transferred from my computer to the File Manager in my phone or tablet pc. Then I want you to create an app (it will be called Genius Link) to accommodate all these apps icons in different sub menu with different names such as Story Books, English Dictionaries and Maths etc. Upon clicking the icons, customers are able to install the apps they chose. I wish that the apk files can be deleted by the gadget itself after being installed. I don't have the source code and I'd expect you to create a control panel on php platform where I can create & name the sub menu, add apk files into different sub menu and rename them from time to time.
