Write an Android application

I need an app that works text as a template that can be easily copied and pasted into a text message. (If you want to get an idea of how I'd like this to work, take a look at Message Templates Free. Message Templates Free is not exactly what I am looking for, but the idea of what I need is very similar). This new app will not be for public use, but will be listed in both Play Store and Apple Store for download by my clients/customers. I will want the app named with my company name and will use my company logo. This app will need to work great on both Android and iOS devices. I need to have an admin control that allows ME (or one of my employees) to create custom message templates and then store them (on any device...like my computer or thumb drive) and then when I meet with my customer, I can copy my message templates (which have been customized for use by their specific employee at their specific company) to the users version of the this app that they have on their phone. I don't want anything complicated. I just want a simple application that works error free and is not confusing for my customers.
