We would like to have an android only app which will
a) every 30 seconds calculate the mobile device position based on a network of BLE beacons and report those positions back to a webpage and plot positions on a building floorplan, and
b) each time the device comes within 3 meters of specific beacons, will run a script (unique to each beacon).which is available as a url address (which will update a 3rd party database on Caspio).
The process needs to run in background without any user intervention.
The app must recognise both iBeacons and Eddystone Beacons.
Bidders need to have proven experience of developing apps using Bluetooth beacon positioning.
