This project seems quite straight forward. If I understand correctly, you will need someone to make: -a dummy scene with an UI button -user presses the button and gets shocked (vibrate function). If this is what you had in mind I think I can manage that in short time. I will work on it a little bit, if you are interested, let me know, if I have the finished project, I will send you a download link for Android first and you can check it out.

If I understand correctly, you just need a horrible picture to appear after you place your finger on a button. This is easy to do and I would do it for the lowest price. If you are actually talking about an electric shock, I doubt that it is possible :D

Well this is an easy script but... you can not shock the user from their phone, it's just not possible. However, you I can write a script where when you press a button the screen flashes and the phone vibrates. If you want some thing more advanced than that it may take more time but I can do it!
