Simple Augmented Reality App for ipad and/or Android tablet

I need to make a basic AR app as a proof of concept for a AR demo. AR App for Ipad and/or Android tablet. 1. Launch app into a Splash page with graphic and start button. 2. Start button opens camera view with the marker icon to scan 3 different images in memory. Each image will launch a different video. 3. Upon scanning an image, it will launch a single video experience related to the image and play on top of the image 4. Video playback will have the option to go fullscreen, timeline scrubber, play/pause and close entirely to scan the next image. 5. All videos will be called locally from the tablet/phone local storage. I believe you'll need Vuforia to implement, but if possible to build all in Unity, it's preferred. After project completion, I should be able to rebuild it in Unity using the source code. This should be simple to build as there are dozens of tutorials online on sample implementation. Need this completed in a few days.
