Hi, I did similar work about 5 months ago. You can check my feedback for "Rongta RPP300"... I can propose for you the Android app with ability to print receipts about work done for your customers and reports to your office. In short: 1) You will need Android phone and bluetooth receipt printer (optional) for your technicians. 2) You should register each of your technician on web admin panel. 3) Each technician will enter his login/pass on the phone. 4) You can send "job description" personally to your technicians 5) Each technician would be able to fill report (and print for client if needed) after job done. 6) Technician should be online to upload reports to the office. GPS is possible also but GPS didn't work inside buildings or give you inaccurate location.. But yes, this is possible. This is a bid for Android app. With administrative backend if would be about 600-800 Euro total. But it depends on your needs...
