"Secret Camera" iPhone App Design & Build

I need an iPhone camera app. I would like it designed and built. I can provide sketches of what I'm trying to accomplish. I am seeking a proposal from developers to show you have a great understanding of the app concept. The general premise is that this will be a "secret Camera app" - the "camera view" within the app will be extremely minimized and reside within a template selected by the end user (templates explained below). An end user would use normal camera functionality but the view on their screen would be in the bottom right of their app. The end user would be able to sign in with Facebook & google apis, provide mobile number and generate an account. I would expect the developer to provide full functionality for the end user to manage their account, update their password, request new password if they forgot it, etc. The app would request to access the end users contacts and give them the ability to "invite all" contacts in their address book. The end user would be able to select pre designed templates - email, game, article in their account profile. The template would then pull up on the screen with the camera view minimized in the bottom right or left.
