Hiring someone to port a Linux app written in MonoDevelop to Android, Windows and multiple distributions of Linux.
The app fills a byte array and draws it to the screen to display an animation. Prefer a new app be written using current stable MonoDevelop and include reading touch input and joystick to points in the buffer.
Most of the work (and 10+ gig download) will be getting Xamarin working on Android with SDL2.
Using only a Linux (Oracle Linux 7) host with mingw/Wine, Android Studio, Xamarin, Mono and other open source (only) tools, a build system to produce:
.NET 4.6 compatible .exe file and [login to view URL] (with option to bundle and select 32 or 64 bit version automatically) with dll compiled from source on Linux.
Mono bundled Windows .exe file with 32 or 64 bit dll selector and Windows Mono runtime built on Linux.
Android universal ARM and X86/64 apks built from open source toolchain including Android SDL2 library compiled on Oracle Linux 7 host.
Linux Mono and SDL2 (from source) mkbundle and auto select 32 or 64 bit lib, tested on 32 and 64 bit versions of major distributions.

A .sh (Bourne again shell script) that uses a set of source tarballs of latest stable versions of toolchains and produces all working binaries on Oracle Linux 7.6 using included build tools (gcc, automake, autoconf etc in Oracle's .iso) and any extra tools compiled from source not obtained from Oracle's repos or other rpm sources.
