Rebrand Moodle Mobile App For EMR Education

We want someone to take the time to rebrand the Moodle Mobile app. The code is on Github, so you will need to fork it. We have all the logos and colour scheme set and want to be able to maintain this ourselves later. So we want a Github & PhoneGap free account setup for us, do the rebranding and get the apps to registration point for itunes & google play. A css file for moodle mobile may or maynot be required. There is a video of what need to be done on youtube [login to view URL] and there are docs in Moodle documentation such as [login to view URL]
Our Moodle website is currently https://[login to view URL] however we plan to move that hence the need to be able to support the app ourselves.
