Phase 1 Android App

Ok, I have posted a few project to date but have no found the right person as yet. I have decided to do it one step at a time. Please understand that this will be a android development that will be used by multiple of my staff members. The devices will have 3 and 4G connectivity. The idea of the first module is to create a site diary which is a report my clients need to receive on a daily basis for progress report on a project. We are in the Fibre Optic industry and we install fibre optic cables for the home and business. This means we are a services company and we use a Bill of Service to determine the amount of work that needs to be done. This bill of service quantities gets transferred to the site diary template and my site foreman daily update the site diary against the bill of service quantities. This report must be emailed in a PDF format daily to my clients automatically from the app. The app must also take photos which are project specific and it should also take co-ordinates so we know the site diary has been completed onsite. Please note we run multiple projects and the app has to have the ability to allow a single person to manage multiple projects. e.g project managers see all projects for there allocated foreman, and all foreman can only manager project that is allocated by project manager. The developer will have to keep a open mind for future accommodation as when phase 1 is complete we will be doing Site Attendance Registers, Daily Document Capturing, incident reporting, Procurement by using the BOS quantities for projects, Billings and invoicing according to BOS quantity differences and all these are simple forms being made in a app that does that reporting and simplifies our day to day work. We eventually want all these element in 1 application. I don't have wire frame diagrams, I can only produce the current documents and I need someone who can think out the box. I have uploaded 1 - Simple BOS we use with quantities. We have multiple clients so we would need a way of importing this document into the app before rolling it out to staff members. 2 - Site Diary Report. We take the information from the BOS and quantities and input it into the site diary template. we then daily update this site diary daily so our clients can see project progress. With a site diary we can also see if there are any variations when we eventually invoice our clients. If you need more information please let me know Kind Regards
