Mobile game development -- 2

I am reposting the project because the previous bidder selected has not accepted. --- We are looking for a skilled mobile game developer who will develop a game for us. We have already developed a number board game which looks like 2048 as a windows desktop application. We need the developer to: 1. Apply a good user interface design so that the game will be visually appealing. 2. Convert it to a native iOS and Android application. 3. Integrate leaderboard and other notification services. 4. Implement in-app purchases. 5. Integrate mobile ads program (please advise which one to go for). 6. Publish the application on AppStore and PlayStore. 7. The game graphics design must scale up or down according to the size of the screen (like 2048 does). 8. Please explicitly agree that YOU WILL PROVIDE DAILY UPDATES OTHERWISE THE BUYER HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THE PROJECT. If you don't agree, simply DON'T BID. 9. Please put the following letters: YK at the end of your bid. 10. Once you bid, you cannot change the price. Don't place just placeholder bids to open communication channel. Respect our time, we will respect you. 11. We never pay advance payment unless product is published on both application stores (appstore and playstore). Don't ask for it.
