The functionality:
The user can create new topic ( his identity not appear only his registration ID ) only after verified from the support team by send his ID and mobile number or other accepted documents.
The normal user not need to register to view all topic but if they want to contribute or contact the person who created the topic they have to register.
There is fees for Non disclosure upon request from the main requesters
The website as well apps accepting payment through PayPal as well and credit card later I need to link the API for online payment system in Saudi called SADAD.
