MBaaS apps and their maintenance

I would like to create 2 tinder-like MBaaS applications for both Android and iOS (so yes, in total 4 apps). they will be seperate apps but will be similar. One of them is relatively easy but second one may take time but in the end you can consider them as one app, I am just dividing two functionalities into 2 apps, instead of creating one app, that's why the budget for this project is adaquate
The apps will make use of location as well and there will be in-app purchases. Both will also make use of different Facebook Graph API services (and maybe partially other APIs). You will also have to design the images&logos for the app as well as for uploading to Google Play/App Store, plus the images I am going to use in their app pages.
Users will only be able to login with their facebook accounts.
Apart from realizing the project, you will have to consult me from beginning to the end (including getting accepted by the app stores and additional fees), I got all necessary developer accounts. During development, you will need to give me weekly report about what has been done (including the examples from the source code), you will also need to send me the project files after each update (which should be compilable with simple instructions). FInally, both apps must be translation-ready.
You can make use of tinder-clones as you wish, as long as it will be stable, please mention if you already have such a clone or not.
I will give you more technical&non-technical details in private depening on your message. In your message. you need to give referances for the previous MBaaS apps or similar apps (I wont consider other kind of apps), which MBaaS service you consider to use and why, what could be the challanges/extra fees for such apps during/after development, for which platform you will develop first and why and how much time roughly it would take for the whole project, mentioning the challanges.
The time you will give must include testing time after each update as well as after the final version before releasing.
your bid must include everything, PLEASE give me your worst-case bid for such 2 apps as I will NOT consider placeholder bids (and I will report you in case I hear that it is only a placeholder)! the bid must include some time of debugging after releasing on the stores (please mention it too)
