Develop a Mobile Game

I'm looking for a developer to help me create a mobile game that I've wanted to get started on for a long time. When finished, it will launch in the Google Play store for Android devices. The game is a word game that will probably be fairly involved to develop, so I need to discuss in more detail with anyone who is interested so that we can get a better idea of the scope of the project and a reasonable quote for what I need. It will need to have in-app purchases enabled as well.
