Custom Video Player (Using Wowza ULL) / Embed Code into Player

We need a custom designed player that will be able to operate in browsers on computers and embed in a hybrid app we are going to have developed for iOS and Droid. It is very important that the player be able to fully function as described in both environments. The player will have one area defined that we will need to embed a line of code to get HTML to display. We are using Wowza Cloud and implementing their "ULL" (Ultra Low Latency) streaming. We will be sending a 16:9 video to be ingested. More details about Wowza ULL Cloud: [login to view URL] If possible (you tell me), perhaps making modifications to Wowza's existing player via CSS? We need you to build a player with a backend and frontend: FRONTEND: -The player itself will have no controls. The user is only able to view it live (NO pause, play, rewind, fast forward, etc). It should autostart on-load (on both the computer and hybrid app embed versions). The player should use adaptive bitrate streaming based on the users connection. -There is a section that needs to overlay on top of the video (see attached image to view layout). This overlay will ALWAYS be present on top of the video in the area defined. The overlay should allow us to iframe in HTML content from an outside website. This content we intend to embed will be interactive questions from a service called 4Screens. Here is an example of the interactive content that we will embed: [login to view URL] We can manually turn on/off questions that will be appearing in this embed area. === BACKEND: -Needs to be password protected to access -Area to paste the URL from Wowza into. We are using the Ultra Low Latency service and due to the interaction required from the viewer, it's important that player be able to serve the video with low latency. -Area to paste in the URL from the 4 Screens website (see link above). Each question bank has one URL. We will need to insert that here to populate the embed area of the player. -The backend will need to output the player link that has Wowza URL and the 4 Screens URL.
