Once the client has been approved, we provide them with a digital certificate to confirm what they qualify for.
The client that qualify for a Bond/Mortgage then need to confirm which area they want to buy, and the property needs, nl how many bedroom, garage...
Once they have done this, the client need to be plotted on a area map. To use an example, if they qualify for R2 500 000 in Stellenbosch. There need to be a pin on Stellenbosch area for any seller to click on, once you registered agreed to the terms and conditions, you can click on pin and the clients price range and property need will appear. If this fits they property for sale, they can accept and the Estate Agent will them contact the Seller. Estate Agents from that area can also register and share their commission if converted into successful sale.
This need to be available on app, and or mobile website and normal website.
