Cardboard + VR application development for Video streaming.

Hello, We're looking for Mobile and VR apps as below. Please take a look at full requirements and get back to me with best quote and timeline required for individual developments. Purpose - To develop cartboard mobile application + VR application which will stream 2D and 360 VR videos hosted on our website with full capabilities to work with most VR devices available in market. Preliminary Requirements Stage 1 - Application is going to display & stream 360 VR content. Think of Netflix for 360 Videos. - Display category wise videos and allow playback of 360 VR videos. - Our videos will me hosted on third party platforms like JW player, we should be able to embed videos from internet or from JW player. - Cardboard applications and VR applications both must have better controls for navigation & surfing the app. - Possibility to manage/control the content, add/edit/remove using web or other platform. (You can connect app. with our website database powered by wordpress.) - Capabilities to display live streaming using JW player. - Multi threading Approach to make the App crash free. - Custom video setting at run-time for optimized App. - Curved UI Library of videos - Seek Bar We need below outputs, if you're only capable to do one you can still submit your quote. 1) Android + Ios App for Cardboard. 2) Stream VR Compatible application to display videos in PC. 3) Oculus / Gear VR compatible application to display videos in VR devices.
