I need a freelancer who can help me build a phone app (android, first) that will be deployed on Alibaba Cloud inside China -- therefore it cannot rely on any Google resources such as Firebase because they get blocked by the GFW. The app is for a Tourist Visa application: it needs to allow clients to send me information so I can start working on a their file. 1. Clients to open an account. 2. Clients to complete online form. 3. Clients to be able to take a photo of passports and submit image to me. 4. Clients to receive Status Update notifications and notices to check email when the update is more detailed. 5. Clients to be able to pay application fees using WeChat or Alipay. A simple but stable phone app so that clients can initiate a case from their phone or tablet. Please propose a bid for making a functional beta and then I will source more funds for you to develop the app for publishing to the marketplace.
