Build an Application for Android and iOS similar to Uber

I want an application developed which is similar to uber but with doctors and medical facilities. The application should have a payment method (Cash of Delivery and Card facilities), should have google maps integrated and like uber should show nearby doctors. Also a logo is required. More information would be given upon selection of developer.

I want something like where basically like in uber you see a map your location and then nearby team members. Instead of team members there would be doctors/nurses that have signed up with the application. You choose from a list of services like request ambulance (not the emergency ones but for transport of patients that can not sit in cars), nurses available to come to your house to inject injections and drips etc, I also have a medicine delivery chain that I am in contact with which would team with us to provide medicine delivery services. So an inventory setup for them. The website should basically just highlight the application and tell people how to use it and how to download it.

I want a payment method where customers would be charged on services they requested. with fees for everything pre defined for every country. Cash on delivery and visa/master card etc
