Build me a app to pixelate faces of moving people within an app .

Hello, my name is Elliott I would love to work with you on your face pixelation app. + I am an iOS developer and can create this for iPhone and iPad running iOS 9 and above. + The app will allow a user to pixellate faces in imported videos in post-production. + You mentioned a few ways to do this, this is an advanced technique and I am sure we can come up with a few options based on your budget. + 1, Technique would be to allow a user to use touch to position the circle radius in real-time, as the video plays back. + 2, Another technique would be to allow a user to set keyframes so the circle smoothly moves between each keyframe position automatically. + 3, Another technique is using face detection to automatically move the circle, however if the face because off angle and the software can’t recognise a face in some frames (but a human can) this would be unreliable. Which ever technique is used we can allow the user to adjust the speed of playback so they can apply the circle as a slower speed. Once processed the saved video will of course play at normal speed again. Also the radius of the circle that pixellates the video frame can be adjusted at anytime, perhaps as a face moves towards or away from the camera. The radius would ideally be set at the keyframes meaning it will smoothly tween in size as well as position. + The app will also have the option to trim the video and an option to omit the audio. Hi, If i understand you correctly, you need a face detector, that face detector should then bound the face by a circle, and blurr the pixels within it.
