Add Contact importing functionality from ICloud and Android into my Angular / Ionic App

Trying to import contacts from both cloud into a users account. Web app is based on angualr and ionic, its a web based app that will later have a wrapper and then pushed to IOS and Android. But for now I just need a simple way to import specific contacts via the web and stored into a users contact list.
