Need and Iphone and Android App Created For Mortgage Broker

This app will be used to communicate with clients. I want to be able to push notifications to clients, based on geographic location. I also want to be able to communicate with the client based on time dates, so for example if a clients mortgage closed on January 1st, I want a push notification to go out to them 1 year from that date. The app should also incorporate a loyalty program, and a way to share it along with call, and write to my brokerage.
