Build me a custom Circular Progress Button for Android

I want you to develop a circular progress button which should look more or less like the image attached. The progress button should start ticking when someone taps on that circle button. A user can press the button while in progress mode to reset the progress bar and start again countdown again. I am also interested in the design as I am of the code - your design should look very polished; even better than this sample. You may make use of the following example libraries or custom build your button.

- Code should be clean and well commented.
- images if any should be well designed and made light as much as possible.
- this button should work for all screen size / all orientation types
