Android GUI developer required

I'm looking for part-time/full-time Android GUI developer. Only individuals, no companies. If you work part-time you must be able to deliver something every week. This project is about implementing one GUI screen in order to evaluate the skills and setup the working process.

The work includes Android UI development based on provided mock-ups, no graphics design required. Development scope is only screens and layouts, dummy interfaces to underlying application functionality will be provided.

The implementation must follow the given screen mock-ups exactly, including all details. The implementation must follow MVC design pattern in following way:

- View which is extended from layout and binds to model to listen data changes

- Controller (Activity) which processes user input and updates the model

- Model contains the state of the view

I will provide sample MVC implementation to the selected provider.

This project is about implementing one screen as defined in attached screenshot.

The UI should support two layouts: landscape in tablets and portrait in phones. The UI consist on two fragments. In tablet layout those should be on the same screen, on phone layout separated. Transition between fragments in phones should happen by sliding to left/right.

All custom components should be implemented so that those can be easily utilized in other screens.

I want to emphasize that the output must look exactly as in the provided screenshot (except the black over lined text and notes icons).

If the project goes well the work continues with the selected provider. In total there are work for many months for suitable provider. I prefer new freelancers looking to gain reputation, as long you have someway to show required skills.
