Create & teach us how to make Visio Stencils (Electrical)

We need someone that can teach us how to create and modify our own visio stencils as well as create the first batch for us, they need to work just like the standard visio "electrical and telecom" stencils but offer us a more comprehensive range of options that we will specify. Single & double power point as well as horizontal and vertical orientation including custom ability to add an extra mech i.e double horizontal power point with an extra single switch labled microwave or garbage disposal Single, double, triple switch for lighting circuits as well as custom ability to run extra mechs i.e 2 switch with a third custom switch i.e microwave or sensor Lighting i.e surface mount, flush mount or wall mount, type i.e downlight, LED We will provide mode detail once a consultation process starts but hopefully the above provides a detailed scope to come back to us with, budget is set as very small project but please let us know your price we are open to discussion.
