Bring clients to my business and earn from the profits

I have a website where I'm providing design services for manufacturers. I'm willing to pay $1 per genuine enquiry (The enquiring e-mail must have the company's domain and the company must be related to the services I am providing) and 10% of the profits per sale. In the end of each month, I will make a payment based on how many enquiries and sales were established during the month. The company has as main activity the creation of BIM libraries for manufacturers, so if you are familiar with BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a bonus for you. But is also involved in other activities design activities.
